The weekend of April 18 & 19, Pittsburgh DancExplosion Ensemble participated in the the Tremaine Dance Convention and Competition. Both Amy, Michelle, & the ensemble girls participated in classes instructed by master Teachers. Tremaine's featured master teachers are Joe Tremaine, Desiree Robbins, Keri LaGrand, Jeff Amsden, and more. Participating in the even was Emma Chammas, Allison Chammas, Jenna Markovich, Angie Hedglin, Kelly Gallagher, and Alyssa Ferris.

Twisted--Gallagher, Markovich, Hedglin, E. & A. Chammas--2nd place in Tap Group
Thunder Road-Gallagher, Markovich, Hedglin, E. & A. Chammas, Ferris- 2nd Lyrical Groups
Distortion-Gallagher, Markovich, Hedglin, E. & A. Chammas, Ferris--3rd in Jazz Groups
Crazy competed but did not place.
This weekend was a technical benefit and tremendous learning experience for all whom attended! Thank you Tremaine for a fun, educational weekend!
